This impressive Victorian style necklace was inspired by Anastasia, Grand Duchess of Russia. It hangs beautifully around the neck with the over-sized crystal hitting right below the shallow of the throat. The center piece is a Swarovski crystal, teardrop, pear color. Swarovski's faceting is superior and the soft lemony-pear color is very delicate. I've painstakingly wire wrapped Japanese Miyuki beads in a honey/lime mix which gently support the character of the pear. Two styles of Victorian antique brass chains were used to create the exceptional frame for the pendant. Even the hook toggle closure was hand made. I've left an inch extension for adjustments. Much more stunning in person than I can capture in the pictures.
Note that the crystal of course changes colors in every different lighting situation, pictures are taken in natural light.
Pendant is a total of 35 mm x 28 mm and the total length the necklace hangs is 10 in.
